The old adage that computers are great when they work is something that I don't think any technician would argue about. So, what happens when your PC steps out of line? Well, you could whisk it off to PC World for the trusty TechGuys to look at it for one million pounds a minute, or you could just throw it away.
But WAIT! - There is another way! - Give Friendly Geek a call. We'd be happy to take a look at your broken PC and see if we can't get it to behave again. We can come to you, and most of the time the repairs can take place onsite. However, some poorly PCs may need to be taken back to the workshop, if that's the case, then we can arrange to drop it off when it's all done and dusted.

Someone likely told you that macs don't crash. Now, I must be clear, they weren't lying to you, rather they were actually telling the truth... But that might nit always ring true when you look at your broken mac.
